DESCRIPTION:Duke Energy and LUCES\n\nDuke Energy's Latino Employee Resource Group\n\n\n\nIn support to the Hispanic Heritage Month\, Duke Energy and LUCES (Duke Energy's Latino Employee Resource Group) will be sponsoring an art display\, featuring local Hispanic artists. We will be featuring works from Ossian Mendoza\, Ximena Flores\, Giannina Sciaraffia\, and Isela Leal. The display will be shown at the downtown Duke Energy building lobby\, located on the corner of Fourth and Main (address is 139 E.4th St.). The lobby will be open on business days from 8AM until 5PM\, and the display will run from September 19 until the 30th.\n\n\n\nAbout LUCES .\n\nThe name stands for Latinos United Celebrating Energy Services. Our vision is to create a vibrant and engaging environment where Latino employees can utilize their talents and community involvement to positively impact Duke Energy's culture and diversity awareness. We at LUCES will work to identify and promote new learning experiences in which members can further develop their skills and leadership capabilities.
