Smell and taste a selection of fresh and dried herbs as you enjoy a selection of light bites. From a tangy chimichurri paired with grilled vegetables and chicken to a bright dill yogurt dip paired with crudité, a zesty gremolada served atop whipped ricotta and crostini to an earthy pesto with caprese skewers, you’ll enjoy the flavorful variety of herbs.
Herbalist and local farmer Tina Barger joins Chef Jessica to share the medicinal benefits of herbs and how you can plant your own edible landscape – which is great for local pollinators!
