AJ Arias: A Young Professional Leading Cincinnati’s Future
The Hispanic Chamber Cincinnati USA proudly features Alfredo “AJ” Arias in our “Kudos Corner” for his dedication to supporting the community as a bilingual professional in management within financial services, and for making an impact directly on young professionals to build economic strength, community leadership, and volunteer engagement in the greater Cincinnati metropolitan area.
We commend Mr. Arias for being a connector in the local business scene and for his impactful support of the Young Professionals Leadership program of the Hispanic Chamber Cincinnati USA. Mr. Arias has helped relaunch and rebuild the program, supporting leadership development and career advancement for emerging professionals. He has driven engagement through outreach, relationship development, and program promotion, contributing to sustained growth and visibility of the YP program. Mr. Arias strongly believes in partnering with business and community leaders to strengthen the pipeline of future talent and entrepreneurs in the Ohio region.
The Hispanic Chamber Cincinnati USA, honors Mr. Arias for his passion for volunteering and prioritizes supporting community initiatives by connecting individuals to resources, programs, and engagement opportunities. Mr. Arias is convinced that strengthening community trust and participation through consistent outreach, relationship-building, and clear cross-cultural communication. His rooted Latino leadership has helped him to connect with clients in their native language, remove barriers, and build deep, trusted relationships.
Mr. Arias was born in New Jersey, USA, to a Dominican Family. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Science (B.S.) in Business & Management from Montclair State University (2020) and an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Business Administration & Sports Management from Mercer County Community College (2018). He was a collegiate baseball athlete; Member, 2017 NJCAA Division II Baseball World Series National Runner-Up Team. During his high school years, he played Varsity Baseball, was named to Perfect Game Preseason All-American and All-Region Teams (2016), and selected to Perfect Game Showcase Top Prospect List and Top Prospect Team (2015).
