\nWhat Is Prepare Affair?
\nPrepare Affair is a volunteer event that brings together more than 2\,000 volunteers to help low-income\, elderly and disabled homeowners prepare their homes for winter. One of the largest one-day events in the tri-state\, volunteers at Prepare Affair will perform winter preparation activities that will make a huge difference for elderly homeowners with physical limitations. \;

\nWhat kinds of services are performed during Prepare Affair?
\nServices range from raking leaves and cleaning gutters to other small winter preparation tasks. \;

\nHow do I volunteer? \;
\nVolunteering is easy! Simply register online or contact our volunteer department at (513) 351-7921. You can put together your own crew and be a crew leader\, join an existing crew\, or volunteer independently.

\nWhat is a Crew Leader?
\nOne person in a large group is designated as the Crew Leader to act as a liaison between PWC and the group. \; Responsibilities include recruiting volunteers\, attending a coordinator meeting at PWC\, and communicating with the homeowners. \;
