DESCRIPTION:Much of our news feeds have been filled recently with horrific images and information about humans being sold in slave auctions in Libya.  Lisa Kristine\, I AM Campaign\, and the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center have come together to create a one day symposium on combating modern day slavery and the illicit networks that sustain it.  \n\nThis symposium is part of a series of local efforts seeking to create a more robust sense of awareness during National Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month. Returning to Cincinnati to deliver our closing keynote address\, after jaw dropping reviews for her exhibit\, ENSLAVED: A Visual Story of Modern Day Slavery\, Lisa Kristine will use powerful imagery coupled with intimate portrayals to raise awareness of modern slavery. \n\nThe day will consist of the following:  \n\nA trauma-informed yoga session (optional)\n\nGeneral Admission to the Freedom Center (for symposium registrants)\n\nPanel Discussions\n\nBreak-Out Roundtables\n\nA Closing Keynote by Lisa Kristine with Reception \n\n \n\nFor reservations and ticket purchase click here.\n\nTickets are $20/per person.
