DESCRIPTION:The Arepa Place specializes in a Colombian and Venezuelan dish known as arepas. We were founded in Cincinnati in 2016 by owner\, Isis Arrieta-Dennis. The Arepa Place\, however\, is truly a family business! Isis\, who is originally from Colombia\, and her mother (also named Isis) do all the cooking. Isis' husband\, Chris\, is also involved in the operations of the business. After more than two years of using Findlay Kitchen and serving our food on the weekends from a pop-up tent\, we opened our first brick-and-mortar at Findlay Market in 2018.\n\n\n\nWe have immense passion for the cuisine that we create and the experiences that are shared over food. We're excited to serve our Colombian dishes to the people of Cincinnati\, and we want all customers to enjoy our food and the time they spend with us.
